During my studies as a second year undergraduate at the NHL University I, together with three other students, cooporated with German artist Bernward Frank. Together we designed a kinetic piece of art which will be used by kids as a playground.

Last weekend I went with my girlfriend to one of the Islands of the Netherlands, Ameland. I took some pictures with my DSLR and made a selection to give you an impression of the beautiful Island. By the way, it was extremely good weather.  

The Pier Every year nearly 14 million people visit the Dutch city of Scheveningen. Partly this is because of the pier built into the sea. The city held a competition for the design of a new structure.  

CompetitionThe organizers invited ideas on how to reshape a key part of the downtown area of the city of Leeuwarden. The whole university campus and a nearby factory had to be replaced by new buildings.
